Chef Alon Hershkowitz Launches New Culinary Concepts in Las Vegas

Las Vegas, NV — Renowned Executive Chef, restaurateur, and culinary consultant Alon (Alan) Hershkowitz continues to expand his influential career with the launch of two innovative dining concepts in Las Vegas.


With formal training from Tadmor University and Hyatt University, Chef Alon began his career with Hyatt Hotels, where he was selected for the elite Corporate Management Training program.

He went on to hold executive leadership roles at some of the world’s most prestigious hospitality destinations, including:

  • Eden Roc Hotel (Miami Beach)
  • The Queen Mary (Long Beach)
  • The Ritz-Carlton Herzliya (Israel)
  • Multiple Marriott International properties across the United States

Chef Alon has cooked for global dignitaries and celebrities, including Mariah Carey, Hillary Clinton, and Jamie Foxx, and was a featured chef at the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival for four consecutive years.

In 2025, his restaurant concept was recognized as “Best Breakfast on the Las Vegas Strip.”


Now, Chef Alon is debuting “Chef’s Kitchen,” a breakfast, lunch, and brunch restaurant inspired by flavors from around the world, alongside “Bible Nights,” an immersive seven-course dining experience rooted in ancient cuisine from the Land of Israel.

Together, these concepts reflect his signature approach — blending culinary excellence, cultural storytelling, and modern hospitality.
